Rachel Dinh is a Program Associate at the Partnership on AI. Rachel is an interdisciplinary researcher, committed to social advocacy and technological advancement. Her work covers a range of topics, tied together by the common goal of understanding how emerging technologies develop in various policy contexts. Most recently, she worked on the Technology, Media, and Digital Communications team at the World Economic Forum, building a platform for re-skilling workers displaced by automation. Prior to WEF, Rachel was a Fellow at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation in Washington D.C., researching cross-border data flows and internet policy in Latin America.

Rachel holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in the Social Science of the Internet from St. Hugh’s College, University of Oxford.
