Lauren serves as the Partnership on AI’s Operations Manager. She manages finance, human resources and compliance projects, and analyzes and improves organizational processes. She also spearheads the organization’s customer-relationship management system.

Lauren arrives at PAI after managing global operations for the Human Trafficking Institute, an international anti-human trafficking organization in Washington, DC. She has also managed supply chain operations for a nonprofit social enterprise, Akola, with operations in Uganda and Texas. Prior to that, she managed media promotions and partnerships for AIDS Walk New York, a large-scale fundraising event. Additionally, Lauren supported the launch of International Justice Mission’s field office in Northern Uganda, where the organization focused on combatting illegal property seizure.

Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University, earning a BA in Art History with a minor in Nonprofit Management. She is currently studying for a Masters of Public Administration in International Development degree at the University of York.
